Olis Closed-Cycle Cooling System Problems
Symptom: Lamp keeps turning off
Probable Cause: The flow volume in the closed-cycle cooling system is too low.
SOLUTION: Adjust flow volume.
Leave the lamp turned off and leave the CCCS hooked up and plugged in.
Open the CCCS lid by turning the screw-top latch with a flat-head screwdriver.
Lift lid and locate the valve with the clear plastic handle. |
Turn the valve CLOCKWISE to shut off the flow completely (the red light on the front of the CCCS should go out, if it is not already out). This establishes a starting point for flow adjustment. |
Turn the valve COUNTER CLOCKWISE just until the red light on the front of the CCCS comes on. Then, turn the valve COUNTER CLOCKWISE about 1/16 of a turn further (just enough to ensure that the red light will stay on). |
Close the lid and relock the hatch. |
