Newest and most versatile are the models which employ the Olis Polarization Toolbox, an open-architecture sample compartment which uses a photoelastic modular (PEM) or Liquid Crystal Retardance Device (LCRD) to modulate parallel and perpendicular (or left and right circularly) polarized light. With this sample compartment, your Olis DM 45, RSM 1000F, or other instrument is easily and perfectly configured for fluorescence, polarization of fluorescence, even circularly polarized luminescence.
